COVER TO COVER

With this Bible Reading guide, you can go though God's entire Word verse by verse and Book by Book in one year. Starting with Genesis and ending with Revelations.

CHRONOLOGICAL

This plan follows a chronological order, which is worked out in date order, as the books were written. While this list isn't guaranteed to be exact, many theologians have agreed on this order. Read the events of the Bible as they occurred chronologically. For example, the Book of Job is integrated with Genesis because Job lived in the time of Abraham.

LITERATURE STYLE

Here is a plan that is set up for you to go through the whole Bible in a year but with a twist; it divides up your reading into the main types of literature such as Epistles, Law, History, Psalms, Poetry, Prophecy, and Gospels! That way, you can go though the entire Bible by reading the different types of writings. This is a unique plan that will help keep your pace up and prevent you from losing interest and giving up!

OLD & NEW TESTAMENT

This plan will have you read the whole Bible with something from the Old Testament and New Testament every day.

BIBLE 365

What is...

is a ministry in which we encourage others to read God's Word daily.  Why do we do this? Because we know God's Word is alive!  We believe the more we dig into God's Word, the more God will show Himself to us.

The Bible is His message to us, His Word.  Even though God can speak directly to us, we need to know His Word so we can be sure that it really is God speaking to us and not the enemy trying to trick us.

Our spiritual life is important.  We need more than just bread.  Jesus tells us in Matthew 4:4 (NKJV):

But He answered and said, “It is written, ‘Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceeds from the mouth of God.’

We do this to be a disciple of Christ:

So Jesus was saying to those Jews who had believed Him, "If you continue in My word, then you are truly disciples of Mine; and you will know the truth, and the truth will make you free."                            John 8:31-32 (NASB)

We do this because we love Christ:

Jesus answered him, "If anyone loves me, he will keep my word, and my Father will love him, and we will come to him and make our home with him. Whoever does not love me does not keep my words. And the word that you hear is not mine but the Father’s who sent me."          John 14:23-24 (ESV)

We do this to be formed by God:

"Now I'm turning you over to God, our marvelous God whose gracious Word can make you into what he wants you to be and give you everything you could possibly need in this community of holy friends."  Acts 20:32 (MSG)

The Bible, the Word of God, provides sinners with the knowledge and the faith they need to receive God's salvation, through Jesus Christ. Once saved, believers need the Word for spiritual nourishment to teach, rebuke, correct, and train in righteousness, so that the man of God may be thoroughly equipped for every good work.           (2 Tim 3:16-17)

So we ask you today, will you join us in reading the Bible this year.  Use the links to the left to pick a Bible reading plan that suits you.  If you do join us, God promises many spiritual blessings.
