Women’s Cardio/Defense class

Monday - 9:30 - 10:30 am

Tuesday- call for an appointment

Wednesday - 9:00 - 10:00 am

Thursday - 7:00 - 8:00 pm

Saturday- call for an appointment

 

 Traditional Karate -

Tuesday - 5:00- 5:45 pm- 4-7 year old class

                 6:00-7:00 pm ages 8 and up class

 

Thursday - 5:00- 5:45 pm- 4-7 year old class

                 6:00-7:00 pm ages 8 and up class

 

Saturday - 9:00- 9:45 am 4-7 year old class

                 10:00- 11:00 am ages 8 and up class

  

Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) Class

Tuesday- 7:00 - 8:30 pm

Wednesday- 10:00-11:30 am

*Extra days and nights available call for and appointment

 

Grappling Class

Saturday mornings- 10:00-11:00 am

 

Stretching class- upper and lower body
